hello everyone! thank you so much for joining my pre-claims group chat. whether you join when the group is first created or later, here are some rules you should read to understand how the group works. (i tried my best to make this as short as possible!)
_ only talk when claiming; there are many people in this group already, and the less notifications we get the better, so speak only when strictly necessary.
_ no ads or promoting other posts! this is strictly a pre-claim groupchat.
_ be respectful toward others, always.
_ if you miss the initials, ems or customs deadline, a fee will be applied. if you end up missing doms after the deadline hits, your items will be sold.
_ if you have a problem with prices (specially with KRW ₩), you can always ask me! but please, do it privately.
_ if you miss the payment deadline more than 3 times (even if you notify), you will be kicked out of the group; please, understand that i secure every item with my OWN money.
_ anything claimed that surpasses 20€ must be secured by the buyer first! this means you’ll have to send the money before i secure the photocard.
_ how do i claim?
i'll send the items through the group whenever i find them on korean sites just to do an interest check. if you're interested in anything you see, let me know by sending the same photo with the highlighted item or by sending a message. the first person to claim the item gets it, no exceptions. if that person doesn't pay for the item once it's secured, it will go to the next person.
_ how do payments work?
for payments, i will only accept PayPal as a payment method. if we live in the same country (spain), Bizum may also be accepted in some cases, but you must ask first. for any type of payment, nothing will be written in the product notes, and only friends and family payments will be accepted. if you need more time to make the payment, you can tell me and we can talk, but i can’t guarantee to accept since i pay the items with my own money.
_ how much doest it take for items to arrive?
this question is a bit difficult to answer. once I've paid for shipping to spain, it usually takes no more than two weeks for the package to arrive at my home. even so, from the moment you make the initial payment until the product arrives to your home, it can take around a month. if you're not satisfied with this and wish to leave the group, you can do so at any time and without obligation.
_ do you ship bigger items worldwide?
yes! as long as you pay for shipping and possible customs (i haven’t gotten these ever) it’s ok!
